A reversible color-changing composition and a reversible thermochromic microcapsule pigment containing the same are provided. A reversible thermochromic composition comprising a fluorane derivative exemplified by the following formula, an electron accepting compound and a reaction medium, and a reversible thermochromic microcapsule pigment including the same.
