An Al—Mg-based alloy plate having less formability of stretcher strain marks and excellent formability is provided. An Al—Mg-based aluminum alloy plate that is press-formed after being given a certain pre-strain in advance, contains a certain amount of Mg, and the thermal change in the melting process of this plate is determined by differential thermal analysis. The endothermic peak height between 100 to 150 ° C. of the heating curve from the solid phase obtained by measurement is set to 200.0 μW or more, and the occurrence of stretcher strain marks during press molding under severe molding conditions is suppressed.
