titleOfInvention | Pan coating apparatus and pan coating method |
abstract | In a coating apparatus using a rotating drum having a full punching configuration, adhesion of sugar coating residue to the inner surface of the drum is suppressed, and processing efficiency and work man-hours are improved. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In a pan coating apparatus (10) provided with a rotating drum (1) that rotates about a horizontal rotation axis (O) and has a vent (6) in a body (4), fine cooling is performed in a casing (2) that accommodates the rotating drum (1). A spray nozzle 81 for spraying mist is installed. In the pan coating apparatus 10, a pre-cooling process, a spray process, a first pause process (pose 1), a second pause process (pause 2), and a drying process are performed. In the precooling step, the spraying step, and the first pause step, the cooling drum 1 is sprayed from the spray nozzle 81 to cool the rotary drum 1. For the cooling mist, fine water droplets having an average particle diameter of 5 μm to 100 μm are used. [Selection] Figure 1 |
