Disclosed is a compound for modulating protein kinase enzyme activity. The present invention provides compounds for modulating protein kinase enzyme activity to regulate cellular activities such as proliferation, differentiation, cell self-death, migration and chemical invasion. More specifically, the present invention inhibits signaling pathways of kinase receptors, particularly c-Met, KDR, c-Kit, flt-3, and flt-4, associated with changes in cellular activity as described above. Provide quinazolines and quinolines, compositions comprising these compounds, and methods of using them to treat kinase-dependent diseases and conditions. The present invention also provides methods for making the compounds described above and methods for making compositions comprising these compounds. [Selection figure] None |
