abstract A prepreg manufacturing apparatus capable of reducing warpage while manufacturing a prepreg is provided. The present invention relates to a prepreg manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a prepreg by impregnating a resin varnish 1 while transporting a long base material 3 and drying a resin-impregnated base material 4. A thickness adjusting means 12 for adjusting the thickness of the resin-impregnated substrate 4 by decreasing the amount of resin on one side of the resin-impregnated substrate 4 before drying and increasing the amount of resin on the other side; A dryer 7 that dries the transported resin-impregnated base material 4 while being transported, and a warp detector 8 that detects the presence / absence and orientation of the dried resin-impregnated base material 4 are provided. When warping is detected in the resin-impregnated base material 4 after drying, the resin amount on the concave surface formed by warping of the resin-impregnated base material 4 before drying is reduced by the thickness adjusting means 12, and the resin before drying is reduced. The resin amount on the convex surface side formed by warping of the impregnated substrate 4 is increased by the thickness adjusting means 12. [Selection] Figure 1
