Methods and compositions are provided for selectively targeting CRKL through the use of targeting peptides. Selective targeting of secreted CRKL through the use of targeting peptides can be used in the treatment of cancer, for example, to deliver chemotherapeutic compounds, fusion proteins, or fusion constructs to cancer cells or tissues. |
