abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a composite sheet and a semiconductor light emitting device using the same, which can obtain a semiconductor light emitting device with excellent light extraction efficiency. A composite sheet that includes a wavelength conversion layer 1 and a diffusive reflective resin layer 2 in a laminated state and is used in a semiconductor light emitting device. The wavelength conversion layer 1 contains a phosphor material that is excited by absorbing part or all of the excitation light and emits visible light having a wavelength longer than the wavelength of the excitation light, and the diffusive reflective resin layer 2 is selectively patterned on one side of the wavelength conversion layer 1, and the region on the one side where the diffusive reflective resin layer 2 is not patterned is a phosphor material in the wavelength conversion layer 1.
