abstract |
A zinc gas and a zinc chloride gas contained in a reaction exhaust gas are liquefied while suppressing further reaction, and two liquids are separated and recovered. A main body 10 having an inclination angle of 10 to 30 degrees is filled with liquid zinc at 450 to 550 ° C. The gas outlet 12 side is sucked by a vacuum pump to cause a level difference between the liquid zinc liquid level on the gas inlet 11 side and the liquid zinc liquid level on the gas outlet 12 side, and exhaust gas is taken in from the gas inlet 11. Zinc gas and zinc chloride gas contained in the exhaust gas are gas-liquid mixed by passing through the inside of liquid zinc and rapidly cooled and condensed.
