abstract The present invention is a microwave conductive structure 46a, 48b and a method for producing such a structure, the structure being disposed on the first electrically conductive layer L32 and the first electrically conductive layer L32. A first dielectric substrate D31 having a first dielectric constant and at least one electrically conductive trace CT1, CT2 of a first width disposed in or on the dielectric substrate D31 are provided. The tracks of the substrates DM1 and DM2 having a second width that is thicker than the first width and lower than the first dielectric constant are between the first dielectric substrate D31 and the conductive traces CT1 and CT2. Located locally, the conductive traces CT1, CT2 extend along the conductive traces CT1, CT2 so that they are placed on the second dielectric substrate DM1, DM2 and operate electrically.
