Apparatus and method for fertilizing livestock excreta |
abstract |
[Problem] To provide a method for solving the following problems that occur in the steps of a conventional method for fertilizing livestock excrement such as chicken dung, cow dung, and pig dung, and an apparatus for practical use thereof. 1) Reduce composting time. 2) Extremely reduce the odor generated during composting. 3) Make the balance of nutrient elements of composted fertilizer close to ideal. 4) Make Bacillus subtilis living in composted fertilizers active in soil. In a fermentation tank provided with a rotating shaft 3 having a rotating blade 4 that rotates at a desired number of rotations, a fermented food and a koji made by impregnating Bacillus subtilis in livestock manure and porous sintered ceramics. A composting method and apparatus for irradiating far-infrared rays having a growth wavelength of 1 to 30 microns in order to mix galaxies and activate the Bacillus subtilis more actively and promote fermentation.
