An object of the present invention is to clarify a receptor tyrosine kinase which is a substrate molecule of the receptor tyrosine phosphatase Ptprb and to create a new use of Ptprb. A set comprising a promoter and a Ptprb gene operably linked to the promoter, and a substrate activity suppression group selected from the group consisting of FGFR1, TYRO3, RET, EphB2, ERBB2, PDGFRa, ROS, LTK and MET Configured as a replacement vector.
