An LED element mounting lead frame capable of preventing the lead frame from deforming in a comb shape is provided. An LED element mounting lead frame includes a frame body region and a large number of package regions arranged in multiple rows and stages in the frame body region. The die pad 25 and the lead part 26 in each package region 14 have end edges 25e and 26e facing each other. A protrusion 73 is provided on the edge 25 e of the die pad 25, and a lead-in part 76 into which the protrusion 73 enters the edge 26 e of the lead part 26 is provided. Further, a protruding portion 75 is provided at the end edge 26 e of the lead portion 26, and a retracting portion 74 into which the protruding portion 75 enters the end edge 25 e of the die pad 25 is provided.
