The present invention relates to compounds useful as inhibitors of PI3K, particularly PI3Kγ. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising said compounds and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of various diseases, conditions or disorders. The composition of the present invention may contain a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant or vehicle, and also includes an agent for treating multiple sclerosis, an anti-inflammatory agent, an immunomodulator or an immunosuppressant, etc. A therapeutic agent may further be included. |
