Provided are a bridged heterocyclic compound and use thereof. The present disclosure relates to new compounds that can be used to modulate histamine receptors in an individual. Novel compounds are described, including new bridged heterocyclic [4,3-b] indole compounds. A pharmaceutical composition is also provided. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds, as well as methods of using said compounds in various therapeutic applications, including the treatment of cognitive disorders, psychiatric disorders, neurotransmitter mediated disorders and / or neurological disorders.
