abstract | Disclosed are sodium hydrogen carbonate particles having excellent fluidity and a method for producing the same. A step of bringing a sodium salt alkaline aqueous solution into contact with a gas containing carbon dioxide in a gas-liquid contact, the alkaline aqueous solution comprising polyacrylic acid having an average molecular weight of 10,000 to 1,000,000 and a salt thereof, and acrylic acid having an average molecular weight of 10,000 to 1,000,000.
