titleOfInvention | Circuit breaker |
abstract | 【Task】 In the circuit breaker with a small DC current of about 20 A, there is a problem that the magnetic field generated between the contacts is weak and the arc is difficult to drive, and since there is no zero point like AC, the circuit breaker is difficult to interrupt. [Solution] The present invention is a circuit breaker that cuts off an overcurrent or a short-circuit current flowing in an electric circuit, and includes a fixed contact that is connected to the electric circuit and includes a fixed contact, and a movable contact that contacts or separates from the fixed contact. A movable contact and an extinguishing device for extinguishing an arc generated between the contacts are provided. The fixed contact is formed by bending a power supply terminal into an inverted L shape, subsequently bending into an L shape, and bending the horizontal plate. The center part is punched in an inverted U-shape, and a horizontal plate is folded in a staircase shape with the center elongated protrusion remaining, and a fixed contact is placed on the elongated protrusion of the fixed contact. An arc runner is arranged on the back side of the magnet and a permanent magnet is installed on the arc runner. [Selection] Figure 2B |
