| abstract | An oscillation device capable of outputting a frequency signal having a frequency and a phase that are uniform with respect to an external reference signal is provided. A voltage controlled oscillation unit (OCXO1) in a PLL circuit provided in an oscillation device oscillates an oscillation frequency signal having a frequency f1 corresponding to the control voltage, and a frequency dividing unit 5 generates a frequency of the oscillation frequency signal. To the frequency f2 of the reference frequency signal input from the outside, the frequency of the oscillation frequency signal is divided by 1 / N (N is a natural number). The phase comparison unit 3 compares the phase of the divided oscillation frequency signal with the phase of the reference frequency signal and outputs a signal corresponding to the phase difference. The control voltage supply unit (LPF2) determines the phase difference. A control voltage corresponding to the corresponding signal is generated and supplied to the voltage controlled oscillator.
