abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a purified chlorogenic acid-containing composition capable of suppressing the occurrence of turbidity and capable of recovering chlorogenic acids with a high yield. A first step of mixing a raw material chlorogenic acid-containing composition with at least one selected from ethanol and an aqueous ethanol solution to adjust the ethanol concentration in the aqueous ethanol solution contained in the mixed solution to 30 to 75% by mass. A second step of removing the precipitate in the mixed liquid obtained by the first step, a third step of concentrating the solution after the precipitate removal obtained by the second step, The fourth step of adjusting the pH of the concentrated solution obtained by the third step to 4.5 or more, and the pH adjustment solution obtained by the fourth step are limited to a molecular weight cutoff of 6000 to 90000.
