An object of the present invention is to develop a multiple immunostaining method with improved detection sensitivity and high reproducibility. In a multiple immunostaining method for detecting a plurality of antigens in a specimen using a plurality of types of antibodies, a droplet of an antibody solution containing the antibody is formed on the specimen, and a varying electric field is formed on the droplet.
