titleOfInvention Method of dephosphorizing molten steel using vacuum degassing equipment
abstract [PROBLEMS] To reduce processing time and heat energy loss because no CaF 2 is added, no major equipment modification such as introduction of powder injection equipment is required, and no new process such as molten steel bubbling is required. Using the RH in the next process of the converter, the additional dephosphorization process is performed efficiently and simply. A method of dephosphorizing molten steel with a free oxygen concentration of 400 ppm or more discharged from a converter to a ladle using a vacuum degassing facility. As a dephosphorizing agent, a material in which 35% or more of the total CaO mass contained in the dephosphorizing agent is contained as calcium ferrite is inserted into the vacuum degassing tank from the top blowing lance toward the molten steel bath surface. Add it during the recirculation of the molten steel by spraying or adding it from the introduction hole into which the alloy iron is introduced into the molten steel in the vacuum degassing tank. After the phosphorus reaction, deoxidation is performed. [Selection] Figure 1
