titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of molded body, manufacturing method of resin pellet, manufacturing method of molded body having plating film, molded body and resin pellet |
abstract | The present invention provides a molded article that can restore the electroless plating catalytic activity of nanoparticles even when the electroless plating catalytic activity of the nanoparticles is deactivated by a volatile gas generated from a molten resin during molding. A method for producing a molded body, comprising preparing palladium-containing nanoparticles, plasticizing and melting a first thermoplastic resin to form a molten resin, and adding the palladium-containing nanoparticle to the molten resin. Mixing the particles and forming the molten resin containing the palladium-containing nanoparticles into a desired shape, wherein the palladium-containing nanoparticles are 2N-5N hydrochloric acid, 2N-5N sulfuric acid, and 5N-12N. It is characterized in that it is a particle whose surface dissolves upon contact with one of the acetic acids. [Selection] Figure 1 |
