abstract [PROBLEMS] To obtain a recombinant nucleic acid molecule containing a selection marker useful for the transformation of microorganisms of the order of Traustochytriales, and to develop a transformation method using the recombinant nucleic acid molecule. SOLUTION: Acetolactate synthase, acetolactate synthase control region, α-tubulin promoter, a promoter derived from polyketide synthase (PKS) system, and a fatty acid desaturase promoter derived from a Traustotitoriares microorganism, respectively Nucleic acid and amino acid sequences. In addition, a recombinant vector useful for transformation of a Traustochitriales microorganism, and a method for transformation of the Traustochytriales microorganism. The recombinant nucleic acid molecule can be used for the expression of foreign nucleic acids in a Traustochytriales microorganism and for the deletion, mutation or inactivation of genes in the Traustochytriales microorganism.
