titleOfInvention | Rolling bearing |
abstract | The present invention provides a rolling bearing that improves the productivity and suppresses the occurrence of white tissue peeling more than before, thereby extending the service life. At least one of the inner ring, the outer ring, and the rolling element is made of steel containing a specific amount of C, Si, Mn, Cr, etc., and the non-oxide-based non-oxide having a circle equivalent diameter of 10 μm or more in the steel. The number of metal inclusions, the surface hardness after quenching and tempering, and the amount of retained austenite are specific values, and the amounts of Si, Mn, Cr and Mo in the steel satisfy the formula (1), and the spherical carbide after quenching and tempering. Rolling bearing in which the ratio of Cr ([Cr] C) and Cr in the base martensite ([Cr] M) satisfies the formula (2). 0.5 [Si] +0.2 [Mn] +0.2 [Cr] +0.7 [Mo] ≧ 0.95 (1) 5.0 ≦ [Cr] C / [Cr] M ≦ 7.0 (2) [Selection] Figure 1 |
