| abstract | A steam heat setting device for efficiently steaming a fiber material is provided. A carriage 6 supported so as to be movable in one direction in an oval type endless track 3, a template 6 b supported by the carriage 6, and a steam heat set chamber 4 disposed in the endless track 3 are provided. And it is the steaming set apparatus 1 which steam-sets the said fiber material 11 by letting the said steaming set chamber 4 pass in the state which hold | maintained the fiber material 11 to the said template 6b. The steam heat set chamber 4 includes casings 4a and 4b configured to be openable and closable, a plurality of injection nozzles 10 provided inside the casings 4a and 4b, and superheated steam for supplying superheated steam to the spray nozzles 10. The steam heat setting device 1 performs steam heat setting with superheated steam when the template 6 b passes through the steam heat setting chamber 4, and simultaneously sets and drys the fiber material 11 in the steam heat setting chamber 4.
