abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing an anticorrosion coating, of which (1) (A) at least one organic polymer as a binder and (B) at least one synthetic layered double hydroxide containing an organic anion. An anticorrosion primer is directly applied to a metal substrate, and a polymer film is formed from the anticorrosion primer applied in (2) step (1). The layered double hydroxide (B) contains an organic anion of at least one α-amino acid. The present invention further relates to a coated metal substrate coated by the method of the present invention. The present invention particularly relates to a method of using the anticorrosion primer used in the method of the present invention to improve the corrosion resistance of a metal substrate. |
