The present invention is a multi-component composition comprising a solid component (A) containing calcined papermaking sludge and one or more aggregates, one or more polyols, one or more epoxy resins, And a binder component (B) comprising an organic binder selected from polymer latex dispersions and an isocyanate relative to the polyol when the organic binder is one or more polyols or one or more epoxy resins.
