Pentraxin 3 (PTX3) produced from tissue selected from the group consisting of tissue in amniotic membrane, amniotic membrane, umbilical cord, placental amniotic membrane, umbilical amniotic membrane, placenta, chorion, amniotic chorion or combinations thereof Providing a method for producing a naturally reconstituted hyaluronan (HA) complex comprising heavy chain 1 (HC1) of an inter alpha inhibitor (IαI). Provided is a composition comprising a complex and a therapeutic method using the complex.
