abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an engine device capable of realizing a stable operation when switching from a gas mode to a diesel mode. An engine device according to the present invention includes an intake manifold for supplying air into a cylinder, an exhaust manifold for exhausting exhaust gas from the cylinder, and gas supplied to the air supplied from the intake manifold. A gas injector 98 for mixing fuel and a main fuel injection valve 79 for injecting and burning liquid fuel into the cylinder 36 are provided. When switching from the gas mode in which gaseous fuel is introduced into the cylinder 36 to the diesel mode in which the liquid fuel is introduced into the cylinder 36, the liquid fuel introduction start timing is delayed with respect to the gaseous fuel introduction stop timing.
