titleOfInvention | Protein condensate membrane and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a protein condensate film and obtaining a protein condensate film from a protein condensate by a simple method. A protein condensate membrane 5 according to the present invention comprises an assembly of a complex 1 containing a protein 10, a surfactant 12, and water 11, and the protein condensate 2 separated from the aqueous phase is dispersed in a solvent. The protein condensate dispersion liquid 3 is applied to the substrate and dried, and the solvent 4 is water 11 and one or more organic solvents compatible with the water 11. The surfactant 12 includes a hydrophobic part 21, a parent protein part 23 that interacts with the protein 10, and a hydrophilic part 23 that interacts with the water 11. [Selection] Figure 5 |
