titleOfInvention | Insulating tape, use of said insulating tape as an electrical insulator for electrical machines, electrical insulator and method for producing insulating tape |
abstract | The present invention relates to an insulating tape (1) in the form of a particle composite for an electric insulating tape, to the use of the insulating tape as an insulating material, and to a method for producing the insulating material and the insulating tape (1). The plate particles are bonded using an electrically insulating binder to form an electrically insulating material in the form of an at least partially porous insulating tape (1). In the present invention, in the winding performed while applying a tensile force, the insulating tape (1) can be wound around the conductor structure (9, 11), and a material that additionally accelerates the heat flow is added. Excellent in that you don't have to. Advantageously, it has a high thermal conductivity compared to the prior art, in particular to avoid heat storage and total failure of the main insulation (7). |
