Spectral sensor and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a spectroscopic sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. A spectroscopic sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fiber layer including a plurality of flexible fibers and a surface plasmon active layer formed on a surface of the plurality of fibers. The spectroscopic sensor enables highly reliable spectroscopic analysis with a high-density surface plasmon active layer, and a flexible fiber layer facilitates securing a target material. |
