titleOfInvention Method for producing a solid saccharide from an aqueous saccharide solution
abstract An aqueous saccharide solution is mixed with a carrier liquid that is insoluble in the saccharide and has a boiling point higher than that of water to obtain an aqueous mixture, which is heated at least partially by the heated surface area for evaporation. A solid saccharide is produced from an aqueous saccharide solution in a method for subjecting it to an evaporation step to obtain a vapor fraction containing water and a residual fraction containing a solid saccharide and a carrier liquid.
