Devices, systems, and methods for assessing a patient's vasculature are provided. In some cases, the method includes obtaining external imaging data associated with the heart, obtaining cardiac test data associated with the heart, and using the external imaging data and the cardiac test data to provide a three-dimensional graphical representation of the heart. And outputting a graphical representation of the heart to a display device, the graphical representation of the heart including a graphical representation of the heart test data. Corresponding systems and devices are also provided. |
