A porous sintered alloy layer having no fear of further sulfidation corrosion and excellent wear resistance even in an oil or under an oil lubrication condition using a lubricating oil containing an extreme pressure additive containing sulfur and the like. Provided with a multilayer sintered plate comprising: A manufacturing apparatus 1 is configured to draw a steel plate made of a continuous strip having a thickness of 0.3 to 2.0 mm provided as a hoop material by being wound in a coil shape as a backing metal 2 while conveying the steel plate while pulling out from one end thereof.
