To improve functionality of a developer container having a moving wall inside. A toner container includes, in an internal space of a container main body, a moving wall that moves in a first direction along a shaft portion and a rotating body that rotates around the shaft portion. The rotating body 35 includes a flat plate portion 40, a cleaning portion 41 that protrudes leftward from the flat plate portion 40, a stirring portion 42, and a detected portion 43. The cleaning unit 41 is a part that imparts a cleaning function of the toner detection surface 31 </ b> B to the rotating body 35, and includes a cleaning film 45 and a holding unit 46. The stirring unit 42 is a part that gives the rotating body 35 a function of stirring toner, and includes stirring ribs 421 that stir the toner in the accommodation space 31S. The detected part 43 is a part that gives the rotating body 35 a function of detecting that the container main body 31 exists in the housing 101, and includes a mounting rib 431 to which the copper tape 432 is attached.
