abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of a resin composition which is excellent in moldability and is excellent in fire resistance and heat insulation. Such a laminate of a resin composition excellent in fire resistance and heat insulation suppresses the occurrence and spread of fire of a battery pack including a secondary battery cell. A laminate 10 includes a first resin composition layer 1 mainly composed of a polyimide resin, and a second resin composition layer 2 containing 8 to 70% by weight of aluminum phosphite. The first resin composition layer 1 and the second resin composition layer 2 are adjacent to each other and bonded to each other. In the assembled battery including the plurality of secondary battery cells 41, 41, the laminate 10 shields between the adjacent secondary battery cells 41, 41 to prevent burning of the secondary battery cells 41, 41. Further, in a battery assembly in which a battery assembly 40 including a plurality of secondary battery cells is disposed in the case 32 and the cover 31, the laminate 32 is used between the case 32 or the cover 31 and the battery assembly 40.
