titleOfInvention | Calcium silicate plate and method for producing the same |
abstract | A calcium silicate plate that is lightweight and has excellent moisture absorption and desorption properties is obtained. SOLUTION: (A) (a1) A calcareous raw material and (a2) 20 to 70% by weight of a reactant obtained by heating reaction of a siliceous raw material, (B) (b1) a calcareous raw material and (b2) silicic acid. A slurry containing 25 to 75% by weight of a curing component containing an acid raw material and (C) 2 to 15% by weight of a fibrous substance is formed. The molar ratio of CaO / SiO 2 of (a1) calcareous material and (a2) siliceous material is set to 0.4 to 3.0. (C) As the fibrous material, for example, organic fibers such as pulp, polypropylene and rayon, and inorganic fibers such as carbon fibers and glass fibers are used. [Selection figure] None |
