SOLUTION: It contains butyl rubber A, liquid polybutene B, liquid plasticizer C and tackifying resin D, (1) Content of the said liquid polybutene B is 100-300 mass parts with respect to 100 mass parts of said butyl rubber A, (2) Content of the said liquid plasticizer C is 50-100 mass parts with respect to 100 mass parts of said butyl rubber A, (3) The content of the tackifying resin D is 200 to 400 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the butyl rubber A, (4) The softening point temperature is 60 to 80 ° C.
