abstract | A reflux heat pipe having a different diameter is provided. A reflux heat pipe having a different diameter includes an evaporation chamber, a cooling member, an air flow tube portion, and a liquid flow tube portion. The evaporation chamber has a housing and a capillary material disposed within the housing. The capillary material does not fill the housing, and forms an evaporation space with the housing. The cooling member has a heat radiating member on the outside and a fluid flow path on the inside. One end of the fluid channel is a gas connection end, and the other end is a liquid connection end. The inner diameter of the gas connection end is larger than the inner diameter of the liquid connection end. One end of the airflow tube portion is connected to the housing and connected to the evaporation space, and the other end is connected to the gas connection end portion of the cooling member and connected to the fluid flow path. One end of the liquid flow pipe portion is connected to the housing and connected to the inside of the housing, and the other end is connected to the liquid connection end portion of the cooling member and connected to the fluid flow path. The inner diameter of the liquid flow tube portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the air flow tube portion. By the means described above, the working fluid can be quickly returned to the evaporation chamber, and the heat dissipation effect can be improved. [Selection] Figure 1 |
