abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in charging characteristics and wear resistance. A method of manufacturing an electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a conductive substrate 2 and a photosensitive layer 3, wherein a coating solution for a photosensitive layer containing a solvent, a binder resin, and a hole transporting agent is provided with a conductive property. It includes a step of forming a photosensitive layer by directly or indirectly applying onto a substrate and removing a part of the solvent. The solvent includes a first solvent that is an alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms and a second solvent that is a solvent other than the first solvent, and the binder resin is a first monomer represented by a general formula separately. And a polyarylate resin which is a polymer of a monomer containing the second monomer. [Selection] Figure 1 |
