The present invention relates to cyclic peptide derivatives, their use in medicine, compositions containing them, processes for their preparation, and intermediates used in such processes. More particularly, the present invention relates to cyclic peptide C5a receptor antagonists of formula (Ia) or formula (Ib), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R 1a , R 1b , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 is as defined in the description content.
