abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a flow meter capable of suppressing a characteristic deviation while avoiding a decrease in moldability and durability of a housing. An air flow meter as a flow meter includes a resin housing having a bypass passage branched from an intake passage, and a flow detection unit disposed in the bypass passage. The housing 21 has a non-insulating portion 90 containing graphite. Since the housing 21 has the graphite-containing non-insulating portion 90, it is possible to eliminate charges of foreign substances such as dust in contact with the housing 21. Thereby, the adhesion of foreign matter to the flow rate detection unit 22 is suppressed. Further, it is not necessary to mix an antistatic agent into the resin material of the housing 21.
