abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest control product applicable to an aqueous insecticide composition capable of continuously exhibiting stable performance for a long time. SOLUTION: A pyrethroid insecticidal component having a vapor pressure of 2×10 −4 to 1×10 −2 mmHg at 30° C., and a glycol ether compound and/or a glycol compound having a boiling point of 150 to 300° C. A pest control product having a liquid core for heating evaporation for evaporating an aqueous insecticide composition containing water, which is a pyrethroid insecticide component and glycol ether contained in the liquid core for heating evaporation after use. Of the pyrethroid-based insecticidal component and the glycol ether-based compound and/or the glycol-based compound contained in the aqueous insecticide composition before use (P 1 ) 2 ), the insecticidal component/compound concentration ratio (P 1 /P 2 ) in the absorbent core for heat evaporation is in the range of 1.2 to 6.0.
