Systems for forming cosmetic compositions, skin care management systems and methods for managing skin care systems. A system for forming a cosmetic composition includes a plurality of dispensing dosage containers mounted on a movable carousel and a dispensing module having selective liquid communication. The dispensing module selectively dispenses multiple booster compositions, along with the base composition, to provide effective concentrations of the active ingredient, in response to formulations that correspond to compatibility profiles and consumer skin conditions. The stable composition having is set to form in a receiving container. The system for forming a cosmetic composition, the skin care management system and the method for managing the skin care system provide the user with a customized skin care product.
