abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farmed tuna fish enriched with vitamin E, its use, and a method for raising the same. SOLUTION: Tuna farmed fish in which at least one selected from the group consisting of muscle, liver and eyeball contains 2 mg or more of vitamin E per 100 g; heated or non-heated portion containing edible portion and edible portion of tuna farmed fish. Heated foods; and the inclusions containing fish meal and fats and oils, and the hull, which is at least one heating gel that encloses the inclusions and is selected from the group consisting of protein and starch, and the vitamin E content in the inclusions is the whole feed. A method for breeding aquacultured tuna fish, which comprises continuously feeding a compound feed having a value of 500 ppm or more for at least 60 days. [Selection diagram] None |
