PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bacterial transplant for treating cancer by modifying a microbial flora of a patient. Bacterial transplants for use in the modification of cancer treatment, wherein the cancer treatment comprises administering to the patient an immune checkpoint antagonist or agonist treatment, the use of (i) treating in the patient. To perform; and (ii) to administer a bacterial transplant into the patient's intestine that causes the gut microbiota disbiosis in the patient, thereby regulating cancer treatment in the patient. Included; where the implant is a bacterial implant comprising Akkermansia, Faecalibacterium, Ruminococcus, Clostridium, Bacteroides or Bifidobacterium cells. [Selection diagram] None |
