PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organometallic complex having good luminous efficiency and heat resistance and exhibiting short wavelength emission. A central metal and first to fourth ligands coordinated to the central metal are provided, the first ligand has a triazole skeleton, and the triazole skeleton is a central metal. It has nitrogen to bind and the second ligand is an indolo [3,2-b] carbazole skeleton that binds to the central metal at the 6-position or a pyrido [2,3-b: that binds to the central metal at the 6-position. It has a 6,5-b'] diindole skeleton, the third ligand has a benzene skeleton in which the central metal and carbon are bonded, and the fourth ligand has a central metal and nitrogen bonded. It is an organic metal complex characterized by having a pyridine skeleton or a benzene skeleton in which a central metal and a carbon are bonded. [Selection diagram] None |
