titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of snow-melting nozzle |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a snow-melting nozzle in which the snow-melting nozzle can be easily processed. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a snow-melting nozzle main body 2, an inverted cone having a bulge A provided on an upper part of a stainless steel bar having a dent C in the center by a punch P and a die D of a first forging die. The initial process of forging and molding into the shaped body B and the inverted conical shaped body B forged and molded by the first forging die are deepened by the punch P and the die D of the second forging die. The hollow portion 6 is formed, and the upper portion 7 of the inverted conical die B has an inverted conical trapezoidal shape and the lower portion 8 has a cylindrical shape, and the intermediate portion 9 between the upper portion 7 and the lower portion 8 has a polygonal pillar shape. The post-molding process, the seating surface 11 to which the sprinkler member is fitted, and the flow hole 5a to which the water guide pipe is connected are machined and molded so as to coincide with the shaft core X of the snow-melting nozzle main body 2. The process comprises a cutting step of forming a positioning recess 10a in the intermediate portion 9 or the lower portion 8 other than the upper portion 7 having an inverted conical trapezoidal shape.
