A truck bed cover integral to a vehicle (e.g., truck) configured to move along a set of grooves in the truck bed through an opening formed between the cab and the truck bed. A new truck bed cover. The vehicle includes a motor engaged to the truck bed cover and configured to enable automatic movement of the truck bed cover along the set of grooves. The vehicle, in one embodiment, is an electric truck configured to operate using a battery pack housed within the electric truck as a power source.
