abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glycogen having a weight-average molecular weight of not smaller than 1,000,000 Da. <P>SOLUTION: A glycogen having a weight-average molecular weight of not smaller than 1,000,000 Da is provided. A product obtained by affecting 50 U/g substrate of pullulanase at 60°C for 30 minutes to the glycogen has a weight-average molecular weight measured by MALLS method of not smaller than 500,000 Da, and a product obtained by affecting 300 U/g substrate of α-amylase at 37°C for 30 minutes to the glycogen has a weight-average molecular weight measured by MALLS method of not smaller than 500,000 Da. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
